When my children were around 2, we used to play a lot of hide-n-seek, both indoors and outdoors. My two boys always liked to try find my wife and me as we hid around the house.
Another fun game to play is a simple clapping game. Clap your hands several times in a rhythmic pattern then see if your child can imitate the same pattern. Start with simple patterns of just two or three claps then progress into more difficult patterns as they age.
It's also fun to try and make different shapes with your body. For example, ask your child to make themselves into a ball, a tree, or the letter O. They enjoy the challenge and the activity helps with cognitive development as well.

My active bunch always loved to make tents out of sheets that they could climb through and under. This kept them active and occupied for hours. Building them is half the fun. But playing in them is even better. Flashlights for the kids to use while in the tents are fun even in the day time.
