I'm sorry you have an early riser, and I know it's exhausting, but 6:30 is when some children wake up. While you can try black-out curtains, an earlier or later bedtime, and even ignoring the crying, it may not make much difference. She's had a full night of sleep and now it is morning and that means playtime! As my son says, "The world is bright. Get up!"
Although it may be tough for you, try to get to sleep a little earlier every night so that you can feel refreshed and not exhausted when she wakes you up. If you have a spouse or partner, make a deal so you can have one or two mornings a week to sleep in and they can take their turn waking up at 6:30 to play.
Children often change their sleep schedule as they grow, so it doesn't mean you're doomed to wake up at 6:30 forever. When she gets older, sleeps in a bed and knows her numbers, you can teach her to stay and play in her room until the first number on the clock is 7 (or 8) and then she can come get you.

6.30am?!!! That's a good night's sleep. We had 4.30am incessantly...but it was just a phase and now we have 6-7.30am which I think is fantastic...
When I first saw this I thought you were going to say something like 4:30 in the morning. I would kill to sleep constantly until 6:30. That's sleeping in. You may want to try giving her a bottle right before you go to bed or give her a short hour nap and wake her up about an hour before you go to bed. I find that the later my son eats at night the longer he stays asleep. My goal is to sleep until 6:30! You have to consider that if you kid is going to be at 8 or 9 at night, they are getting 9-10 hours of sleep!!
