It's that time of year again. You know, when your local drug store clears out the Christmas clearance items and replaces them with enormous heart-shaped boxes of low-quality chocolate.
And you're excited about it, right? Right?
While some of us revel in Valentine's Day celebrations--and actually enjoy writing cute messages on cards, picking favorite sayings out of giant piles of candy hearts, and donning lacy underthings--some of us aren't exactly sold on the most loving day of the year. (And some of us, if we're honest about it, think that candy hearts taste like chalk.)
For many of us, V-Day is bittersweet at best, the day when we're haunted by memories of Valentine's past--bad gifts, misconstrued intentions, poorly-timed breakups--even if they happened when we were in the third grade. For others, it's a precious day--an engagement anniversary, a time to make crafts with little ones, or just a day to say an extra "I love you."
Want to vent about Valentine's Day? Whether you and cupid are pals or you'd toss him off a cliff without remorse, our friends at BlogHer want to know.
Take the survey and let your true Valentine colors show.
